Shipping and returns
As a general normal all our products have a fixed transport cost of €10. Some products like, guns, cannons or drums ... have a shipping cost for peninsula of €25. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the price changes for tax reasons, pesos ... call us if you are resident in one of these areas and we will inform you.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders and the shipping charges will be applied for each individual. All shipments travel insured. In any event you must notify us immediately to proceed with the pertinent claim to the transport Agency.
Shipment of Merchandise
Packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment in our account, through Seur, Tourline, TIPSA or International Mail with tracking number and unsigned delivery.
